You will then receive a second email from us acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.

  2. you meet all the conditions that apply to its use;
  3. you agree to the terms set out below.

If, before accepting your order, we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject your order or alternatively process it without the promotional benefit being applied. If, after accepting your order, we find that you were not entitled to use the code or did not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reverse the benefit that you obtained. If you transacted on a cash basis e.g. by debit or credit card, we may take a further payment, equivalent to the value of the benefit obtained, from the card used. If you transacted on a credit basis.

Returns Policy

We will replace or refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt complete, unused, in their original packaging and with any security tags intact. Returns are free under our approval . If you return goods outside the scope of the approval and you have not exercised your legal right to cancel (explained below) we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost or to accept their return subject to making a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from your handling of them and a charge to cover our processing cost.

You have the right to cancel your order under these regulations. However, this cancellation right does not apply to personalised products. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the goods are received by you or by a third party nominated by you to receive the goods. If your order is for multiple goods for separate delivery, the cancellation period will end 14 days after receipt of the last item. You must clearly communicate your decision to cancel to us before the end of the cancellation period, for example by using the model cancellation form in our website returns, which you can send to us via webmail or post. If you cancel, we will reimburse any payment received, including the standard delivery charge, by the original means of payment. Where the goods have not been delivered, the reimbursement will be made within 14 days of the cancellation. Where the goods have been delivered, the reimbursement will be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or us receiving evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You are responsible for returning the goods to us if you cancel under these Regulations. If you use our courier to return the goods, you will be responsible for the cost of the return. In such cases, we will deduct the delivery charge from your refund so that you do not have to make a further payment of the collection charge. Additionally, we may make a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from any unnecessary handling by you.

If any product we supply fails prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect), we will provide you with an appropriate remedy e.g. a repair, replacement, or refund.

If you purchased your item using your debit or credit card please allow up to 7 days from the date of your return for your card to be credited or up to 14 days for larger items.

Cosmetic marks caused by general use (example: surface marks on Knife blades from opening and closing blade) shall not be considered manufacturing faults or general defects, therefore will not be accepted as a damaged item, but you still have the right to cancel your order within the 14 days.

If the item has been used or assembled (example: Crossbows / Knives ) and then you decide to cancel your order due to a malfunction or damage, Corus Tackle will only offer you a fair option which would either be a repair or replacement. If the item has been found by our Technicians or supplier's experts to have been misused or not used for the purpose intended we will contact you to let you know of our/their decision and we would ask for a postage fee to resend you back the item.

If your product is found not to be faulty or the warranty has been voided, one of our friendly and experienced staff will explain exactly what the reason is. You will be responsible for getting the item collected or paying our postage fee to send it back.

All items sent back must have a returns form stating your reason for return, order id and telephone contact number and be sent to the following address.

Returns, 31b Vale Business Park, Llandow, Cowbridge. CF71 7PF

Back-orders & Pre-Orders Returns

On each product description there is a time scale for delivery and from time to time there will be items on back-orders or pre-orders,

In the event that you purchase one of these items you will be contacted to make sure you have acknowledged that it is indeed a back-order or pre-order and you wish to proceed. By accepting to proceed you are entering into a contract and there is a 25% deposit.

Payments will be made in full through the website or by phone and we will notify you that from the total payment taken 25% is a deposit which you will lose in the event you wish to cancel the order. This will not affect your right to cancel for manufacturing defects in which case you will be offered a replacement.
